New Procedures for COVID

(We are sorry for the simplicity of our information at this time, we hope to add photos at a later date.)

If you need to pick up more fluoride or xylitol, please call us and we can accommodate curbside delivery.

As of May 11, 2020, dental cleanings will be phased in starting May 11, 2020. We do not plan on returning to a complete schedule again until June 1, 2020. Most dental cleaning appointments will continued to be rescheduled for now. We will reach out to you if we are able to maintain your dental cleaning appointment (it depends on the schedule of your hygienist).

If we are able to keep your appointment scheduled, we will ask you a series of questions, as well as ask you to fill out an online form via email, text, or our website. On the day of your appointment, we will review the form again and take your temperature.

Check-in will be in room 301, the first door on the left off the elevator. When your dentist or hygienist is ready, we will ask you to proceed to room 303 down the hall. Please wear a facemask at all times. Hand sanitizers and kleenex are available. Doors will be left open during business hours. Please note, video and audio devices will be in use 24/7 since unit 301 and 303 are separate spaces.

We are staggering the start times of appointments, but for this to work we ask that you arrive on time but no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled visit. Feel free to wait downstairs if you arrive too early.

During your scheduled visit with your dentist or hygienist, please be aware that they will be walking in wearing their PPE gear including eye protection and respirators. We sincerely apologize for the impersonalization of your visit at this time. You may also notice we will not talk story as much during the procedure. We ask that talking story be reserved for when you are still wearing your facemask before and after the dental or cleaning procedure.

If during a dental cleaning, your dentist is unavailable right away, your hygienist may be moving to a different area to help another patient to stay on schedule so we can better control the traffic within the office. You will be escorted to check-out by another hygienist or dental assistant.

The check-out process itself will generally be the same, however, the acryllic sneeze barries coupled with facemasks may make it hard to hear our receptionists. We may have speakers installed on the side of the barries to help you hear them, but they may still have trouble hearing you. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience but we are following ADA recommendations at this time.

We would also like to inform you that we plan to be in construction in the next 2-6 months, depending on permitting. Unfortunately that may mean that in 6 months, we may need to reschedule your visit again. We are so sorry! 2020 is just crazy!

Thank you for your understanding and we really appreciate you!
