We would like to thank everyone so much for your patience and understanding over the past couple months. We sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences this has caused. However, we hope you and your families have been well and we can't wait to see you again and work together to help our lives progress on. 

We understand the uncertainty COVID has caused and we wanted to share what steps we have taken in consideration of your well-being, as well as the well-being of our other patients, our team members, and our vendors.

Please be aware that we may reschedule your visit in consideration of your well-being as well as that of others in the office.
