Aiea property being re-developed into medical condominium units



Our building made the news on KHON last night. Peter Savio has purchased and will develop our current building into a healthcare center for Central Oahu. His plans are to build two new buildings and a parking structure to accommodate the new medical and other healthcare professionals moving into the building in the next couple years. We will finally have a cafeteria on the rooftop!



Words and plans are one thing. Hopefully it all works out for both the developer and the healthcare providers currently in the building and who will be moving into the building over the next few years as the current leases run out on tenants who do not plan on staying in the building. We at Aiea & Pearl City Dental Care believe this will be a great opportunity to participate in full body and mind health care along side other medical and dental professionals.



I think this will be a great opportunity for our patients as well. Perhaps your current family physician, cardiologist, dentist, neurologist, etc plans on moving in to the new Mary Savio Medical Plaza at Newtown.
